Work

I’m passionate about building solutions at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and community.

Currently, I support the Locally-Driven Population Health Models teamβ€”an evolution of the High Priority Communities Strategy at Health Commons, a social innovation lab tackling complex healthcare challenges through an equity-driven approach. We believe that community knowledge and localized solutions are key to unlocking new pathways for improving health outcomes.

With a background spanning strategy & operations, managing projects, and process design, I thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments. I've had the privilege of leading and collaborating in early-stage startup teams, wearing multiple hats across operations, marketing, product, and business development. My experience includes working in both the private and public sectorsβ€”from a multinational pharmaceutical corporation to civil service, where I contributed to a community-based health insurance scheme for a state Ministry of Health in Southwest Nigeria.

Recently, I led the Shelf Life team at FIELD, a Berlin-based software development company operating in Nigeria and Kenya, focusing on growth by accessβ€”helping retail pharmacies navigate supply chain challenges and secure financing to enhance community healthcare.

What Drives Me

I’m impact-focused, data-driven, and deeply invested in building products, teams, and ideas that create meaningful change.

Beyond my core work, I’ve held roles as a Learning Coordinator at Amazon Fulfillment, a Medical Representative at Novartis, a Branch Manager at Medplus, and a freelance consultant on pharmacy and healthcare systems projects.
